Qovr provides an end-to-end testing platform that allows users to create, manage, and execute automated browser tests with visual evidence capture. The Service includes:

• Project and environment management
• Test journey creation and execution
• Screenshot and evidence capture
• Result tracking and issue management
• Integration capabilities

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to test websites without proper authorization

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds are provided at our discretion. Contact support for refund requests.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data necessary to provide the Service, including test execution results, screenshots, and usage analytics.

You retain ownership of your test data. We will not share your data with third parties except as required to provide the Service or as required by law.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qovr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Qovr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable grace period.
