We're looking for a Staff Engineer to lead the technical direction of our platform. You'll make critical architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure we can scale to support millions of tests daily.
What You'll Do
Lead architectural decisions for the entire platform
Design systems for scale, reliability, and performance
Mentor senior engineers and establish engineering best practices
Collaborate with product and design on technical strategy
Drive technical initiatives across multiple teams
Represent engineering in company-wide planning
What We're Looking For
8+ years of software engineering experience
3+ years in a senior or staff-level role
Deep expertise in distributed systems
Experience scaling systems to millions of users
Strong communication and leadership skills
Track record of delivering complex technical projects
Nice to Have
Experience with developer tools or testing platforms
Background in building multi-tenant SaaS systems
Experience with real-time data processing
Previous startup experience
