Customer Success Manager

About This Role

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our customers get the most value from Qovr. You'll build relationships with customers and ensure they achieve their testing goals.

What You'll Do

• Own customer relationships and drive adoption
• Conduct onboarding and training sessions
• Monitor customer health and engagement metrics
• Identify expansion opportunities and reduce churn
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally
• Develop and document best practices

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of customer success experience
• Experience with technical B2B SaaS products
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to metrics
• Technical aptitude to understand testing concepts
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with developer tools
• Technical background or engineering experience
• Experience at a high-growth startup
• Knowledge of testing practices
